Mr. J. B. Kabra, Director and co-founder of Mind Movers is an expert in Man-Management. He has over 30 years of experience with major Indian companies in the areas of manpower planning, selection and recruitment, wages and salaries administration, design and implementation of Performance Appraisal Systems, identification of training needs and conducting training program’s in behavioural and attitudinal areas, handling employee grievances, negotiations with the Unions on Charter of Demands, Bonus etc.
He has also briefed advocates on labour litigation’s, attended to conciliation matters, represented companies to various statutory authorities, and attended to general administration matters.
Mr Kabra has conducted trainings for the public and private sector organizations in the area of Man-Management Skills, Positive Attitude, Job Happiness, Work Ethics and Work Culture, Communication, Motivation, Labour Laws, Situational Leadership, Time Management and Delegation for Workmen, Middle and Senior Management.
Mr Kabra is a guest faculty to educational institutes in and around Mumbai. An active Rotarian for many years – his social consciousness keeps him involved with both urban and rural projects.

Ms. Nirmala Mehendale is the Co-founder of Mind Movers. She has over three decades
of experience in building and implementing HR systems and processes for a number of
large organizations, both as a practicing HR Manager and presently as the Director of
Mind Movers. She has worked on assignments across manufacturing, IT and the services.
Through the years Nirmala has achieved excellence in conceptualizing and implementing
people development initiatives. She has an in depth understanding of the importance of
the human factor at work and the demands of the global work place.
Her functional strength in OD is Executive Coaching, Counselling and working with
various psychometric instruments for individual assessment and development. Her core
competence has been designing and facilitating behavioural training workshops for
organizational capability development..
Nirmala is a postgraduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), has a
Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD). She is also a Certified Business Coach trained by Leadership University, USA and holds a PG Diploma in Counselling Psychology.
She is a visiting faculty for Post Graduate courses in Human Resource Management and
is an active participant at international professional forums. As Founder Trustee of
Kindness Unlimited and President of The World Kindness Movement she is passionate
about highlighting the urgency of moving kindness from isolated kind acts to lasting
